On October 12th, 2020 the first round-table forum under the framework of the 15th All-Russian Academic Festival (Moscow), "Controversial Issues in the Study of Russian Economic History in the Second Half of the 19th Century and the Early 20th Century" was held at Moscow University.Nearly a hundred experts, scholars and students from Moscow State University,Russian Academy of Sciences, four Chinese universities and scientific research institutions gathered in the online conference. This event was hosted by Moscow University, and many scholars jointly launched a lively discussion on controversial issues in the study of Russian economic history.

    The round table forum witnessed the collision of ideas between the two sides and the informative online Q&A session. It provided a unique academic feast for teachers and students in the field of Russian history research in the two countries.
